This project is a first of a kind for Woodstock’s new entity ‘Woodstock Partnership’. Which will deliver new housing schemes on behalf of housing associations and other types of investors.
Our first development with Alliance homes where they purchased the land with grant funding from Homes England and Woodstock Partnerships building the homes. All achieving EPC A rated with solar panels and air source heat pumps.
With this exciting collaboration, we look forward to continuing this joint working on further schemes going forward.
